Free, for Android 8 and newer. About 75 MB.
Download the app (.apk)Version 0.1 beta · direct download while we are outside the Play Store
AteRight is a young app distributed straight from us, so Android asks one extra permission the first time. Here is the whole process:
Tap the button above on your phone. Chrome may warn that APK files "can harm your device"; that is Android's standard caution for any app outside the Play Store. Tap "Download anyway".
Tap the finished download (or find it in your Files app). Android asks to allow installs from your browser: tap Settings, switch "Allow from this source" on, and go back.
Tap Install. The fork-check plate lands on your home screen. Open it and the app takes the tour from there, including getting your free AI key.
Android 8 or newer. Camera for the photo and barcode features, microphone for voice logging. Both optional.
From Google (aistudio.google.com) or Groq (console.groq.com). Free, two minutes, no credit card. The app walks you through it step by step.
Install, answer four questions about yourself, grab the key, and log your first meal.
Settings has a full plain-language Help section, guided key setup, and a troubleshooting log.
